President Scott Hedges has been an active real estate broker, property manager and investor in Lawrence for the past 20 years! He worked previously on the ground

What does "For Sale By Owner - Assist" mean?

For Sale by Owner = owners marketing their property primarily via the internet without
Local MLS services and without a "listing contract" or property listing agent hired.

Owners avoid paying a "listing commission" and reduce traffic through their property. If/when
owners procure a buyer (or FSBO-Assist Broker or Agent procures a buyer) and there is a
need to write a contract, Scott Hedges will prepare all offers - you don't need an attorney!

Assist = Scott Hedges is a veteran real estate broker who specializes in teaching and
assisting owners with their sale-by-owner transaction!! Scott does not represent the Seller
