We charge a flat fee of $400 to lease a residential properties! Our cost may go up in 2011 !

- includes knowlegeable leasing and real estate agents promoting your property year in and year out!
- includes multiple digital pictures taken and uploaded to sites.
- includes signage when necessary and other advertising.

We charge a $250 lease-extension (renewal) for following years.

We charge 8% as a monthly real estate management fee unless otherwise negotiated.

We charge 2.5-3% brokerage fees negotiable for real estate sales transactions!

We charge 3% of less to market and lease commercial shopping center & office space!


Scott Hedges charges $25/hr for consulting fees. Broker price opinions, evaluations, remodeling bids/work
and website development and design work.
