Fantastic, one out of 250 tenants un-happy about their move-out inspection. When you don't clean and care for the place you live in .. you get deductions from your security deposit - it's that simple. Only Hedges Mgmt provides tenants with reminders and an early reminder sent via mail to tenants to help them prepare to move out and get checked out! Thanks staff for a great 2009!
